Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Englewood, CO 80012

Compensation: 90,000 - $130,000

Position Description:

Our client is seeking two motivated Associate Attorneys to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at

least 1 year of experience in law and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured victims. The role involves

handling a caseload of plaintiff personal injury or construction defect matters from inception to resolution.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing.

1+ years of experience practicing in plaintiff personal injury law.

Strong understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Pre-litigation and litigation work.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.

Manage pre-litigation and litigation phases of cases, including investigation, discovery, and trial

preparation.

Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.

Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Provide compassionate and responsive client service throughout the legal process.

Years of Experience: 1+ years of practice experience.

Compensation:

Salary: $90,000- $130,000

Bonuses: Discretionary bonuses awarded at the end of the year.
